How to Practice

How you should practice to become a better Volleyball player

Your practice is the most important part of volleyball. If you want to be an elite volleyball player, you should be practicing a minimum of three, two hour practices a week. You must practice with maximum effort every practice as volleyball is all about explosiveness. With all the landing and swinging you can not forget the most important part of a practice, the warmup. You should always get to practice 30 to 40 minutes early to get a warmup in.

This should consist of easy and light stretches, a small jog and a pepper session to warm up your basics. During your practice it is important that you are explosive not only when you work on offense but also defense as defense as you must have a good defence to create your offense.

Volleyball content
